This is my nod to adapting my routine to the season. Nutritionally balanced and delicately spiced, this is bound to tick all the festive boxes.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon cashews
  • 1 tablespoon jumbo gluten free oats
  • 1/2 tablespoon carob powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Pinch of cardamom powder
  • Pinch ground cloves
  • 1 tablespoon fresh orange juice
  • 1 cup boiling water

Preparation

Add everything to a blender & blitz until foamy & divine.
