This is true example of a recipe that shouldn't work but very much does! Super nutrient rich, high in fibre & protein, this smoothie is a must try.

Remember to make your smoothies thick & spoonable, with an element of texture so you have to chew. This triggers your satiety response but also prevents bloating by switch on the digestive system.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup bone broth
  • 1/4 cup roasted pumpkin
  • 1 handful green (kale, parsley, mint etc.)
  • 1/4 cup courgette or steamed broccoli
  • Fresh ginger & turmeric to taste
  • 1 tablespoon life & soul oil from Bare Biology
  • 1 tablespoon flax or chia seeds
  • 1 serving protein powder
  • Almond butter, yoghurt, & cacao nibs to serve

Preparation

Place all the ingredients in a blender & blitz until smooth. Swirl, sprinkle & spoon!
