By utilising lots of protein & fibre in this simple recipe, and choosing 100% un-roasted cacao to top, this beauty hits on all layers of  delight whilst keeping blood sugar & energy levels insanely stable, & consequently satiation sustained too.

Ingredients

  • 50g chia seeds
  • 1 serving protein powder
  • 100ml orange juice
  • 1 heaped cup yoghurt
  • 1 heaped teaspoon cacao
  • 100g chestnuts
  • 50g chocolate

Preparation

Add all the ingredients, except the chocolate, to a blender and blitz until smooth.

Decant into your chosen container then melt the chocolate. Spoon over the puddings, swirl to even out, sprinkle with decoration & set in the fridge for 15 minutes.

Use within 4 days.
