This gingerbread spiced carrot bake is a perfectly balanced start to the day.

Super cosy, nourishing, & stabilising for blood sugar & hormones for the whole day.

Ingredients

  • 20g rolled oats, 5g ground flaxseed & 1/2 cup water (soaked overnight if possible)
  • 1 serving protein powder equal to 35g protein (I used Planet Paleo bone broth protein)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 egg + 1/4 egg white (or another whole egg)
  • 100g grated carrots
  • 1 tablespoon of tahini or favourite nut butter.

Preparation

Mix everything & bake/air fry at 210°C for 20 minutes.
