This delicious and festive winter spiced almond butter obliterates all the other nut butters from memory.

Ingredients

  • 350g raw almonds
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon extracts
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 2-3 drops orange extract

Preparation

Add your almonds to a food processor blending until smooth. Depending on the power, this will take 5-10 minute s & just scrape the stragglers down from the sides intermittently.

Add all your flavours & blitz again to incorporate.

Transfer to a jar & use within 3 weeks.
