These chocolate chunk cookies are full of almond goodness. Super easy to make and a true people pleaser - this recipe is a must try!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ground almonds
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 cup almond butter
  • 1/3 cup honey or oat syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
  • 1 bar almond & hazelnut chocolate

Preparation

Mix everything except the chocolate together. Then chop & mix that through.

You can freeze the dough at this point for up to 3 months.

Roll into balls, arrange on a lined tray & flatten slightly. Bake at 170°C for 10 minutes.

Leave to cool on the tray for 10 minutes (or they’ll break) then transfer to a rack (or your mouth).
