As my super simple 6 minute salmon recipe shows below, even if you don't think you're ready for dinner tonight, you can be in a matter of moments.

I pair my salmon with homemade salsa verde, kimchi, & sour cream roasted peas.

Ingredients

  • 2 x 150g piece wild salmon
  • Salt & pepper

Preparation

Heat a frying pan on a medium heat for 30 seconds. Season the skin side of your salmon.

Lay into the pan gently & cover with a lid.

Cook for 45-60 seconds until the flesh starts to change colour. Flip, turn the heat off & leave to cook through for around 4 minutes.

And that’s it....told you it was easy!.
