Ingredients

  • 100g cacao butter
  • 3 heaped tablespoons raw cacao
  • 25g protein powder of choice (I use peanut protein as it gives nice peanut flavoured kick)
  • 3 tablespoons raw honey or maple syrup
  • TO DECORATE - 2 teaspoons runny tahini, rose petals, & pistachio pieces

Preparation

Melt the cacao butter in a bowl over a pan of simmering water. Whisk in the honey, protein & cacao then leave to cool for 5 minutes.

Pour into silicone or paper muffin cases (if paper put them in a tin, the silicone will stand up by themselves).

Drizzle with tahini & add your nibbly bits, pop into the fridge to set for 30 minutes.

Use within a week or freeze for up to 3 months.
