I love the ease of having Planet Paleo bone broth protein powders in my pantry, they offer a simple, therapeutically significant, delicious options to supplement your protein intake. Also, because they’re concentrated powders you’re going to get more amino acids (the bits that help the gut/skin/bones etc.) compared to the food versions.

Ingredients

  • 50g frozen strawberries
  • 80g frozen cauliflower (or courgette)
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon Planet Paleo matcha collagen hottie
