Ingredients

  • 1 cup grains (jumbo oats, buckwheat, quinoa flakes, millet flakes, rice flakes)
  • 1 cup any nuts, seeds, coconut, cacao nibs.
  • Optional - 1/3cup dried fruit
  • Optional - spices like cinnamon, vanilla, turmeric, ground ginger

Preparation

Mix the ingredients together in a large bowl & store in an airtight container.

Serve with yoghurt & fruit, soak overnight for a yummy Bircher or use as the base for pancakes.
