Ingredients

  • 2 handfuls mixed bitter greens (e.g. baby chard, radicchio, endive & nettler)
  • 3 hot radishes
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 2 small roasted beetroot
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 smoked mackerel fillets
  • 2 tablespoon sauerkraut
  • 1/4 cup mixed pumpkin, black onion, hemp, chia & sesame seeds
  • TO DRESS - juice of 1/2 lemon & a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
