I don’t see deprivation as a positive tactic when it comes to our eating habits. Ever. It ultimately causes unhappiness, overindulgence & an unhealthy relationship with food, seeing it more as an emotional bargaining chip rather than something to be delighted in & enjoyed. Saying this however we do have an ever increasing issue with obesity globally & 1 of the biggest feeds into this is an over reliance on sweet treats & snacks. But as I said I don’t believe we must live a life devoid of the things we enjoy, instead I just suggest we swap over to better considered & balanced options like this delicious creamy beauty!
