Ingredients

  • 1 portion protein powder of choice (equal to 25g protein)
  • 1/2 cup cashew milk
  • 1 heaped tablespoon almond yoghurt (I get mine from Nush Foods)
  • 1/2 baby banana
  • Small handful frozen berries
  • Cacao nibs

Preparation

Mix your protein powder with the cashew milk, and almond yoghurt until smooth.

Top with sliced banana, frozen berries, an extra spoonful of yoghurt & a generous helping of cacao nibs.
