Ingredients

  • 1-2 slices of a great quality nutrient dense bread
  • TOPPINGS
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese with 1 boiled egg & cucumber
  • 1 tin of sardines or mackerel in extra virgin olive oil or spring water with tomatoes, rocket & pumpkin seeds.
  • 1 tablespoon hummus, roasted vegetables & walnuts
  • 1/2 avocado mashed with 2 tablespoons white beans & a boiled egg
  • Scrambled tofu with veggies
  • 2 heaped tablespoons yoghurt with 1 heaped tablespoon protein powder, & 1 tablespoons nut butter/ tahini
