This delicious, naturally sweet, high-protein banana and cauliflower smoothie, is the perfect breakfast option. It will keep you fuller for longer, focused throughout the morning, and balance your mood.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 serving protein powder OR use 1 cup cottage cheese/ silken tofu
  • 1 tablespoons psyllium husk/ ground flax/ chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower ride or courgette
  • 1/2 frozen banana or steamed squash
  • Cinnamon & or vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of ice (optional)
  • To serve: 1-2 tablespoons nuts/ seeds/ coconut/ cacao nibs

Preparation

Blend everything until smooth, add your crunchy topping & enjoy.

Ingredients can be prepared in bags & frozen then just add to a blender & liquid ingredients on the day.
