Ingredients

  • 150g natural/ greek/soy yoghurt (cottage cheese works too)
  • 1 heaped tablespoon protein powder (can also switch this for a boiled egg or flaked chicken/fish)

TOPPINGS

  • 1 cup of a combination of halved cherry tomatoes, sugar snap peas, edamame beans, chopped cucumber
  • 1 handful olives, nuts, seeds, 1/2 small avocado, or 1 tablespoon nut butter/tahini
  • Optional - pepper, tamari/soy sauce, dried oregano, paprika
