Seasonings, flavourings, rubs, sauces, & condiments are all at the top my magnifying glass list. Here is a guaranteed sugar free snack for you to make & enjoy whilst also preventing food waste!
Preheat your oven to 165°C, line a tray with parchment.
Slice your bagels as finely as possible, tossing with the oil & seasoning if using.
Arrange in a single layer & bake for 5 minutes, flip then pop back in for an additional 3-5 minutes until golden.
Allow to cool on a wire rack for optimal crispness then dive on in!
They’re best eaten on the day but will last for 1-2 before they need re-toasting.
