When cooking your leafy greens, generally try to stick to swift & speedy as a significant proportion of the nutrients they contain are unstable under heat pressure so a couple of minutes in a steamer and toss through a stir fry is ideal.

Add the coconut oil, shredded greens & 1/4 cup water to a sauté pan. Cover with a lid & steam for 2 minutes.
Meanwhile chop your artichokes then toss through with the cheese, add your lemon, season with pepper & serve!
