This super quick falafel recipe is an easy lunchtime idea. You can serve in my super green wraps with yoghurt, chilli oil, olives, tomato, cucumber, me seeds or whatever you fancy!
Recipe makes 12-14 falafel.
Add all your ingredients except the roasted chickpeas to a food processor, pulse to blend. You want to be able to spoon your mix, if it’s too wet then add the extra 2 tablespoons of chickpea flour.
Then pulse in the chickpeas leaving some texture.
Spoon into you air fryer basket in mounds, set to high & cook for 8 minutes.
