Because flavours are fun & vegetables are good for us, this simple recipes combines the two in perfect harmony. I’ve used a couple of my absolute unshakeable store cupboard staples which pack incredible layers of delicious delight into this quick snack/side dish.

If cooked in an air fryer which means super crispy-ness but without oxidation of fats as you would see in an actual fryer.

Key Facts

  • Oil free
  • Extra crispy
  • Air fryer recipe
  • Gluten free

Ingredients

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 3 tablespoon ranch dressing (I get mine from Hunter & Gather UK)
  • As much sriracha as you want (I get mine from Eaten Alive)

Preparation

01

Wash & break your cauliflower into florets then chop the leaves into chunks. Toss with the ranch dressing & pop into the air fryer for 15 minutes at 210°C, turning 1-2 times. If you can’t fit it all in in one go (don’t overcrowd the basket) do it in batches.

02

If cooking in the oven spread into a single layer & roast at 210°C for 15 minutes too.

03

Serve smothered in spicy sauce & dive in!
