I have recently been really enjoying using Reboost sachets with clients – they contain a therapeutic dose of the beta glucans found in oats (important for supporting healthy cholesterol) & other whole food ingredients to enhance metabolic function. Here I have incorporated the beetroot & cranberry blend into these sticky beet burgers for some tip-top heart health deliciousness.
